History – The Fort Pokaran – A Heritage Hotel

The Fort of Pokaran – A Heritage Hotel also known as ‘Balagarh’ is situated in the Thar Desert, built by the clan of Rathores in the rare red sandstone.  It lies in the region on Marwar (Jodhpur state) and its history dates back to the 14th century.
